Now have a 52 38 26 triple and a Shimano 7 speed 14-34 Megarange freewheel which works a treat with a range of around 20 to 100 gear inches. This results in a relatively even spread of 14 effective gears. Its great that TA makes the full range of sizes because even 39 would not give me as good a result.
