Shipping & Returns

Within the ACT

Delivery of any purchases is a flat $15 rate within the ACT, or your goods may be collected from us in Rivett, Weston Creek, Canberra, free of charge. Just phone us on 0409 986 268 to make a time to collect.

Outside the ACT

For most shipments we use Australia Post Parcel Post services. For shipments with individual items of more than 20kg or that come in boxes larger than Australia Post will carry, we use Evolution Logistics carriers. In both cases goods are generally received no more than 4 days after despatch, and if delivered to eastern Australia metro areas quite often next day. We receive many orders from Western Australia - in an effort to keep our prices competitive we cap all courier costs at a maximum of $120, no matter what your location or what size your order, anywhere in Australia.

If you require more rapid delivery please contact us to arrange it, but be aware that airfreight will typically triple or even quadruple the freight cost quoted here.

We don't include insurance in our shipping prices - if you would like to take out shipping insurance please let us know and we'll provide a quote to you for the value of your shipment.

Returns

If goods need to be returned for warranty reasons, please call or email us, and we will arrange either an Australia Post Parcel Post bag or label to be despatched to you for return to us at our cost, or for larger goods we will arrange a courier collect, again at our cost.

Returns for other reasons are the customer's responsibility and at the customer's cost.

Please take care when packing any goods for return as we do not accept any liability for goods damaged in transit from you to us.
