The Axle-mounted Hitch Point

All our trailers use some variation of a rear axle-mounted hitching point to attach to. Phillips and Croozer trailers use a steel post, while Burley's hitch point is a more sculpted aluminium piece which nonetheless has exactly the same function. The hitch fits either a quick-release skewer rear axle or a fixed nut type rear axle, and is compatible with virtually all bikes and trikes available, including rear disc-brake equipped bikes and trikes.
